Jo Feltman, CEO of BuchuVida, runs a personal care company specializing in buchu-based products. BuchuVida has a brick-and-mortar store and e-commerce website from which they sell their products.

Goal

Jo wanted to bring attention to BuchuVida’s brick-and-mortar store.

Approach

Steeped Content focused on setting up an optimized Google My Business (GMB) profile.

    This involved taking many actions, three of which included:
  1. Completing every section of BuchuVida’s Google My Business account
  2. Publishing Google posts weekly to engage potential customers
  3. Creating offers to entice potential customers to purchase
  4. Populating the Q&A section
