Jo and Philip are owners of BuchuVida, a brick-and-mortar company selling products made with buchu, a South African herb. BuchuVida’s product line focuses on personal care products (e.g., buchu deodorant, buchu face toner), which Jo and Philip want to expand to include buchu tea. 

Goal
