Jo Feltman, CEO of BuchuVida, runs an e-commerce personal care company specialising in buchu-based products. BuchuVida also has a brick-and-mortar store from which they sell their products.

Goal

Jo wanted to get more word-of-mouth endorsements for her business; she wanted more Google Reviews and reviews on BuchuVida’s website. She also wanted to create a deeper connection with BuchuVida’s customers.

Approach
